WLTL 88.1 FM brought back a holiday tradition. First aired on AM 1530 WJJG “A Hometown Christmas” was heard between 1995-2010, playing the Christmas hits from the golden age of top 40. After a one-year hiatus, “A Hometown Holiday” continued the tradition from sunrise to sunset on WLTL Christmas Day 2012. Hosted by Mike Baker And The Forgotten 45s, the holiday special included forgotten hits of the season and one hit wonders of Christmas (see the list below).
